Edmonton Keyano Swim Club 2019-20

Welcome to the 2019-20 Practice Schedule Selection. You will be asked to fill in a few critical details below and then the eligible schedules for you to choose for your swimmer will appear.

1. Please enter your swimmer's name (only 1 swimmer at a time), pool location, and group. If you have more than one swimmer there will be an option to fill in another form at the end of each entry.

2. Please choose your first and second choice for your schedule options. In the case that we run out of space in any one practice schedule, we will use the earliest completion date and time of this 2019-20 Practice Schedule Selection Form to determine priority.

3. Please select the same pool as your registration. If you wish to select a different pool please contact Colleen Bannon at accountant@eksc.com to change your registration.
