The Secretary is the scribe and organizer of meeting minutes. They must write down due dates of who is doing what job, organize this information into a format that everyone has access to, and remind their fellow officers of those upcoming deadlines. The Secretary also oversees keeping, organizing, and cataloging the materials from the script library. They must keep it alphabetized, organized, and pull any scripts that are in need of repair or replacement. During a show, their job is to collect bios and, working closely with the historian, create the pages for our digital program. You will be notified by May 1 whether or not your application qualifies to run.
