Application to run for Secretary
The Secretary is the scribe and organizer of meeting minutes. They must write down due dates of who is doing what job, organize this information into a format that everyone has access to, and remind their fellow officers of those upcoming deadlines. The Secretary also oversees keeping, organizing, and cataloging the materials from the script library. They must keep it alphabetized, organized, and pull any scripts that are in need of repair or replacement. During a show, their job is to collect bios and, working closely with the historian, create the pages for our digital program.

You will be notified by May 1 whether or not your application qualifies to run.

All Theatre Officers are REQUIRED to take Advanced Theatre (Seniors and Juniors) or Intermediate Theatre (Sophomores.) Not enrolling in the class will result in removal from office. Do you agree to take this class if elected to this office? *

Theatre Rep. is an office that is chosen by Adam, not elected. He looks at the candidates who did not win an office and selects the one who is most needed in the upcoming group of officers.  The Theatre Rep. is responsible for managing the master calendar. They will make sure that nothing interferes with the theatre activities and school activities. They are the liaison between the theatre and other organizations and School clubs. They will create a display table for any needed events such as Come to Cottonwood, etc. and make sure the tables are adequately staffed by other officers. Additionally, they are in charge of outreach to theatre departments at other schools.
