This form should be used to book child placements at Richard Crosse Primary School for children of key workers, or children who have been identified as vulnerable, as per TSSMAT's published priority lists.
Child placement at school should be used as a last resort, and only while you are at work and do not have an alternative source of child care.
We reserve the right to ask for proof of employment, and working hours.
Places will be allocated on a priority basis, we reserve the right not to offer places in some circumstances.
This provision will be under constant review.
Children will be completing the same online learning as children who are working from home.  Children within school can choose to have a hot meal or to bring in sandwiches from home.  Children must be wearing full school uniform.
This service is offered within the hours of 8:30am to 3:30pm free of charge - additional hours will be charged at the current Care Club rate.
Please note half day sessions will not include lunch - please ensure that your child has eaten after or before these sessions.
