**All boys in Senior Choir must have one of each item on this order form.**

That includes:

two black dress shirts (one long-sleeve, one short-sleeve)
black dress pants
red tie
red PYC polo
red PYC hoodie
blue PYC tee
green PYC tee

Additionally, students will need the following items to be purchased on your own. If you already own an item matching this description, you do not need to purchase another.

black dress shoes
black dress socks
black dress belt
full-length blue jeans with no rips or tears
sneakers that tie (no slip-ons)
denim bermuda-length shorts (not needed until June)

After reviewing our inventory, the PYC uniform coordinator will reach out to you with what you owe for your child's uniform.
