Thank you for your interest at the art of giving and receiving taking place in Berlin, march 31 - april 02, 2023. I would love to get to know you a bit better before we meet and hear about the intentions and the expectations you might have, to see whether we are a good fit. This workshop is meant to be a safe (r) place for queer people.

Queer means people, who identify anywhere on the queer spectrum. This could be indentity wise (trans, nonbinary,etc.) or sexually wise (homosexual, gay, lesbian, bi, pan, agender, etc.).

If none of the above resonates with you but you question binaries and reflect power structures (concerning race, gender, class, age, bodyshape etc.) in your life, this workshop might be for you as well.

What are your expectations on the process of this weekend? *

Part of the being together over the weekend will be to establish lines of communication with ourselves that allow us to find and express our boundaries and edges, as well as our desires. We might also be a diverse group, in terms of gender and orientation, race and different abilities. How comfortable are you to be around people that hold identities which are different from yours? *

This workshop will dive deep into the world of consent. This can make sometimes challenging encounters with our emotional, embodied, or erotic selves. Are you willed to face parts of yourself with kindness and curiosity you struggle with? What previous experience, if any, do you have to hold your own discomfort?

Price: First exercise of this journey: Pay from the heart. Means you first decide if you want to join, then you choose from your heart what to pay. Please take a few moments to both reflect on the reality of your financial situation and check with your heart what number feels right to pay, you can also pay in - betweens. If you cannot pay the Minimum, as then you can´t pay food and shelter anymore, please come back to me. *

265€ is sustainable for me

290€ My long-term edge-of-sustainable revenue (not necessarily very profitable), means f.i. I would be able to pay running costs and having some money on the side for the times I am sick and cannot work. It also allows me to be more generous with the „Food and shelter“ rate. You can also pay "in - betweens".

If you live in an economy, or are simply in a financial situation, where spending 190€ might mean you can’t afford food or keeping a roof over your head, you are invited with an open heart to choose an amount lower than the minimum. If this is your situation, I am serious about welcoming you.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel before february 28th, I will charge you 25% of your payment. Cancellation after this you will be charged 50%. Cancellation up to two weeks before, no refund.

For now there is a waiting list for cis - gendered people, as I want to give more trans and nonbinary people a chance to join. When you submit this form, you will be automatically put on the waiting list and I will let you know the latest middle of march, hopefully earlier, how your chances are to participate.
