Voluntary Participation: Your participation in the toy assembly event is entirely voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the assembly of toys. You understand that the cost of assembling smaller toys is $20 and larger toys is $45+ dollars. The price is detemined by the Habitat member who meets with the interested party. If the toy is extremely complex, additional charges may be added. All charges will be discussed with you prior to start of work.

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that the assembly of toys involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of small parts, tools, and materials. Griffin Area Habitat for Humanity shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event. Griffin Area Habitat for Humanity is not responsible for any misuse of tools that may result in injury or damage.

Quality Control: While Griffin Area Habitat for Humanity strives to provide high-quality materials for toy assembly, participants understand that the finished toys may vary in appearance and quality. Griffin Area Habitat for Humanity makes no guarantees regarding the final product.

Donations and Fundraising: All funds collected during the toy assembly fundraiser will be used for continuing the mission of Griffin Area Habitat for Humanity. Griffin Area Habitat for Humanity reserves the right to allocate funds as deemed necessary to fulfill its mission.

Photography and Publicity: By participating in the event, you grant Griffin Area Habitat for Humanity  the right to use photographs or videos taken during the toy assembly for promotional and publicity purposes.

Modification of Terms: Griffin Area Habitat for Humanity reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
