The school acknowledges its commitment to the delivery of programs offered in Iowa and agrees to provide alternatives for students to complete their programs per program outcomes and certification/licensure requirements as applicable under Iowa Code, Chapters 261B, 261F, and Iowa Administrative Rules, Chapter 21. Schools implementing changes of instruction or modality in response to the COVID-19 health crisis must continue to adhere to regulatory agency, accreditation, licensing board, and Title IV requirements as these provisions do not override their requirements. *
