Please select the days you would like for your child to have aftercare. Please note there are 14 spots per day available, when a day is full, the date will indicate that it is filled. If the date is filled, you may add that date at the bottom of the form to be waitlisted and you will be notified if a spot opens. Please fill out a separate form for each child.

Aftercare will cost $7 per student/per day or $3.50 if on scholarship. Payment can be made in cash or check at the office. Please give a 24 hour notice for cancellations, otherwise you will be charged for the day your child misses. You may email kimberly@bendinternationalschool.org to cancel or with any questions.

Aftercare runs 3:30-5:30 on M,T,Th,F and on W from 2:00-5:30
