2020-2021 Midway High School Color Guard Interest Form
This year, due to the extended absence from school, we will be using an online interest form for students that may be interested in participating with the Midway High School Marching Band as a member of the Color Guard. If you are interested in participating with us, please fill out the form. THERE IS NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO JOIN! (This form is also for students that are returning from previous years!) Forms are due May 15!
