User-Expert Sign Up - REACH Challenge
Please fill out this form if you wish to participate as a User-Expert or Co-User-Expert on a REACH Challenge team. User-Experts are a critical part of REACH Challenge teams, who are working to create Adaptive and Assistive Technology for members of their community. Teams of students will work with the User-Expert to design, create, and test an individualized solution to a challenge that they face. Co-User-Experts may be parents, guardians, care-takers, teachers, medical professionals, or pet owners that work with the User-Expert and provide assistance throughout the process. The information you provide may be shared with a REACH Challenge team in your area, and will be used ONLY for the purposes of REACH Challenge and there is NO COST to the User-Expert to participate.
