BYOD Student Leaving 
Please make sure you have infomred our school office about your child leaving Sunnyhills. You can email the office at secretary@sunnyhills.school.nz or call on 09 576 8031

Please use this form to let our IT team know that your child is leaving Sunnyhills.
  
You will need to fill in this form at least a week before your child leaves to give our IT Team enough time to ensure their device is unenrolled from our systems.

Please only use this form if your child is in year 3, 4, 5 or not at the end of year 6.  

The leaving process applies to all year 6 students at the end of the year so there is no need to let us know they are leaving unless they are leaving before the end of term 4.

 I understand that by entering my name below I agree to my child's device being unenrolled from the Sunnyhills School Google Workspace system.  I am aware that this means my child will have full access to all applications and Internet options on their device during school hours and will no longer be restricted to only logging into a Sunnyhills account during school hours.  

I understand that Sunnyhills school will no longer be monitoring my chlid's device once it is unenrolled from Sunnyhills Google Workspace and I take full repsonsbility for the device and any accounts that remain on the device once the unenrollment happens.  

I understand that my child's Sunnyhills account will be inacessible after their last day at Sunnyhills.  I understand that after this time the account and any applications that have been signed up to using the account will be inaccessible - this includes Minecraft accounts.  I understand that it is up to myself and my child to change access to applications and download any creations that they have made and wish to keep to another account or to an external storage device (external Hard Drive, USB Drive).
