So that we may include your music, or the featured music, from your nominated material in our ceremony, we need to collect some needed information from you to properly license for the music rights. All licenses for music to be included in the ceremony need to be gratis and in perpetuity (as it directly relates to the ceremony). The ceremony will be available on demand on watch.theemmys.tv.

If we do not receive complete information and are unable to obtain a license, unfortunately we will not be able to include the music in any clips during our ceremony. This includes winner clips shown as winners take the stage for their acceptance speeches.
