The Outstanding Leadership in Education Programme (1) 2023
The programme recognises that all people are leaders, and that developing leadership ensures that well balanced challenge and support creates impact. You will engage with evidence-informed leadership pedagogy to discover how to lead and manage individuals, classes, teams, and projects more effectively for greater
impact.

Full attendance of this programme will enable you to:

* Be comfortable in reflecting about your own strengths and weaknesses and deciding your way forward.

* Articulate a vision that balances integrity with competence, and lead an effective team to achieve the intended outcome.
