We will be using this form for requests starting January 7th. Requests WILL NOT be considered unless this FORM is used.

The request must be put in one week prior to enrolled week (Cut-off time is Tuesday 10:30 AM prior to the following M-F Business week)

Holiday Holding Week ** These Holding Weeks do not count towards personal holding weeks

Personal Holding Week ** Families are allowed two personal holding weeks per year

Vacation Day ** Each child per family receives one vacation day a month

Part Time Holiday Week ** $15.00 off weekly tuition; Utilize this if you are out of vacation days...

Drop-in Child Care ** $7.00 per/hr - Three*Four*Five's (For Families outside organization)

Drop-in Child Care ** $9.00 per/hr - Infant*Toddler*Two's (For Families outside organization)
