Torbay Pride Stall Booking Information and Guidelines Stall bookings for Torbay Pride Sat 7th September 2024.  


IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please read before completing your booking form as you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to all of the following information. Torbay Pride features stalls from community groups, charities, traders, caterers, and anybody else who would like to join in with the fun.

GENERAL TRADERS CHARGES:

PITCH SIZE: 3m x 3m  £65.00 (Excludes Catering or Bars, Charities)
                        3m x 6m £95.00 


CATERING CHARGES: 3X3M £120.00  6X3M £180.00 
POWER SUPPLY (AVAILABLE TO CATERING ONLY)  16 AMP £20.00 32 AMP £40.00

CHARITY CHARGES INC COMMUNITY GROUPS: 3X3M £25.00 3X6M £40.00 


** Any applications received after 1st August 2024 will be charged the application fee plus 50% extra respectively ***


Terms and Conditions Bookings are for the pitch only. 

  1. All stallholders will need to provide their tables, chairs, coverings, gazebos, and anything else they may require. 

  2. All stallholders must provide a copy of their up-to-date public liability insurance and present a risk assessment 6 weeks before the event. Any stallholder who does not provide those items in advance of the event has their booking canceled without a refund.

  3.  Stallholders will be able to drive onto the event site to set up, but all vehicles must then be parked off-site unless by prior agreement, no later than 11:00 am on the day of the event.

  4. Stallholders may park in any of the public car parks in Torbay. Parking fees apply at all public car parks and you are responsible for abiding by any regulations set in these car parks. Torbay Pride will accept no responsibility or liability for using these car parks.

  5.  Torbay Pride runs from 12:00 – 22:00 Hrs. on Saturday 7th September 2024. Stallholders are expected to stay until at least 5 pm (Unless by prior written agreement). There will be no exception to this rule unless an emergency arises on the day.

  6.  No vehicles will be allowed on or off the festival site between 11:00 am – 17:00. There will be no exceptions to this.  Vehicles will be banked on and off for loading.

  7. Vendors will be allocated a placement by Torbay Pride unless a request is made for a certain location once sitemaps are given. If a particular placement is requested an additional fee of £50 is chargeable.   Stalls are allocated to pitches before the festival and the organizer's decision is final. 

  8. Bookings are non-refundable. A refund will only be provided if the event is canceled.

  9.  Any stallholder who does not turn up on the day will be blacklisted from future Torbay Pride events. Any stallholder who leaves early will be blacklisted from future Torbay Pride events.

  10. All types of stalls can be part of Torbay Pride, and charities/community groups are especially welcome. However, please note that we cannot accept any bookings from bars. This is because we are using a pre-agreed supplier this year for the Torbay Pride bar. 

  11. All stallholders must share our ethos and vision for a world in which all people can be themselves, regardless of sexuality or gender identity, and live free of discrimination simply for being who they are.  

  12. There is no electricity supply on the festival site, for standard stallholders.  

  13. There will be a water standpipe available for stallholders who require a water supply during the day. 

  14. Any service offering close contact with children such as face painting or hair braiding, may at the discretion of Torbay Pride be asked to produce a basic valid DBS certificate.

  15. In keeping with Torbay Council's environmental sustainability policy. we request any stall holder not have balloons as part of their setup.

The Torbay Pride site is fully accessible. Expected footfall is between 7,500-12,000 people depending on what the weather does on the day. 

Booking Instructions: Please complete BOTH the terms & conditions and the booking enquiring forms if you wish to have a stall at Torbay Pride 2024.

Emails from us may go to your spam folder, so please check there if you do not see an email from us within 6 weeks of your application. Please email info@torbaypride.com to give us a nudge.

If your booking is successful, an invoice for the stallholder fee will be sent by email, 50% deposit will then fall due within 7 days of the invoice with the balance and all paperwork due 6 weeks before the event itself.

SHARING OF STALLS IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Once payment of the stallholder fee is complete, a receipt and booking confirmation letter will be sent by email. The confirmation letter will contain all of the information required for the day.
