From the ongoing progression of land formations to the rise and fall of whole civilizations, looking at the Earth through a lens of geologic time reveals a multitude of changes. Crash Course Geography would like to find someone who can engage others in exploring those spaces and think critically about the past, present, and future of human life on Earth.

At Complexly, we make videos that help our audiences develop a nuanced and complex view of the world around us. Crash Course, one of our most renowned channels, invites students, teachers, and lifelong learners to understand subjects they might have had trouble with or are curious to comprehend more.

As our freelance writer, you'll work with our consultant and editor to write 42-48 episodes on the subject of physical and/or human geography, possibly including subtopics like meteorology, geomorphology, hydrology, and health geography. You may be asked to provide illustrations or reference images to assist our animation team in creating the look of the series. Not only do your scripts need to be correct, but they also need to captivate our audience. You should already understand the facets of physical and/or human geography and be excited about sharing your knowledge with others.
