The chromebooks that Kindergarten through 5th grade students have are under warranty. Please note that the warranty does not include chargers. These chromebooks will be sent off-site for repair. We may not be able to guarantee a loaner chromebook/charger while the repair occurs.

The wireless network (wifi) on the chromebook will have to be chosen every time the student logs into the chromebook. Typically that is before logging in and again after logged in. Also, the chromebook will not stay continuously connected to wifi. Each time it is closed or it goes to sleep, the network will have to be chosen the next time the chromebook is awakened. This is not an issue that warrants repair.

Please treat all chromebooks with respect and care to help ensure you have a working device at all times.
