St. Peter the Apostle                                    Graduation Participation Form 2024
Students wishing to participate in SPACHS 2024 graduation ceremony must submit this form by Wednesday, March 20th.

Please note that students must meet the following graduation requirements to be eligible to participate in SPA graduation exercises. To be a member of the SPA senior class, a student must:  

     -be eligible to complete all Alberta Education high school diploma requirements by June 2024.
     -successfully complete Religion 35 or have a passing mark in Religion 35 by May 17th.  
     -successfully complete at least half of any coursework being taken at St. Teresa Catholic Outreach or
      St. Joseph / Revelations Online that is required to fulfill a graduation requirement by May 17th.
     -pay the non refundable Cap/Gown fee of $40.00, which covers the cost of graduation souvenirs (cap, tassel, certificate, and cover). * Go to website and under Fees & Payments, scroll down to miscellaneous fees and type in $40. Then indicate in the box below that it is the non-refundable Cap/Gown fee.
     -have paid all school fees

There are a number of places that require the student name:  SPACHS grad certificate, class composite picture, year book, senior class program and school awards. Please indicate the preferred name on the places below.

Gaspard Cap & Gown Sizing:  The size of a graduation gown is determined by the wearer’s height. The gown is designed to reach down to the wearer’s mid-calf. Height should be measured with flat shoes or barefoot – no heels, from top of the head to bottom of the foot. Please use the sizing chart of regular fit sizes and full fit sizes to fill in the sizing information below. (Examples:  51 or 54FF) The sizing chart can be found on the SPACHS website under Graduation Information tab. *
