2022-23 6th & 7th Grades Science Camp - Genesis Account Permission Slip & Commitment
Dear Logic 1 & 2 (6th & 7th) Families,
 
We are so excited for this year’s Logic 1 & 2 class to experience San Marcos Christian Camp: Genesis Account Outdoor Education, in Santa Barbara.  Genesis Account  Genesis Account Parent Information

This trip is being planned for Wednesday through Friday, March 8 - 10, 2023. 
 
The cost for the camp will be $300.

This Form serves as an Intent to Attend - Reservation & Permission Slip.  

I intend for my student to attend Beacon Hill Classical Academy Logic 1 & 2  class trip to San Marcos Christian Camp: Genesis Account Outdoor Education, in Santa Barbara, CA, Spring, 2023 & field trip to Santa Barbara Natural History Museum.

I give permission for my student to attend with and be transported by school approved Chaperones.
 
I agree to pay $300,  billed through FACTS in February, 2023.  All payments will be processed through FACTS.

Date: March 8 - 10, 2023

Departure Time: Be at school by 8:30 on Wed, March 8, 2023.  To depart about 9 am.

Return Time: By the end of school day on Friday, March 10, 2023.

Transportation for this activity will be provided by:  Private Cars

Permission is given for my child to take this field trip to: Genesis Account - San Marcos Camp at 5750 Stagecoach Road, Santa Barbara, CA 93105 & field trip to Santa Barbara Natural History Museum

And be driven by Parent Chaperones to Camp and back on Friday

In the event of an emergency and the school is unable to reach you, do you authorize school officials to obtain the necessary medical aid including emergency service, if needed at your expense? I understand that I waive all claims against Beacon Hill Classical Academy, its school board, teachers, administration, and staff from any injury, accident, illness, or death occurring during or by reason of this field trip or excursion.
