Holiday Seasonal Customer Service work typically begins mid-October with training and then ramps up a bit throughout November. Generally Holiday Seasonal employment runs through the end of the year. Candidates should expect to be available for work Thanksgiving weekend (we're closed Thanksgiving Day!), weekdays (shifts are generally 10am-3pm or 3pm-8pm), weekends (our busiest hours!) up to and including Christmas Eve.
