Nighthawk Families: If you are planning to utilize carpool at ANY TIME during the school year, please fill out the Carpool/Walker Pass Request form below.  Once received, you and your student will receive a number. Carpool/Walker tags will be distributed to students during their first week of face-to-face instruction. Students will be dismissed this year by assigned number and the person picking up the student should either have the carpool tag or know the student's number. If you have multiple students at HARMS, list one as the primary, and then you can list siblings on the form. Only one carpool number will be assigned per family. If a friend is riding home with a student, the student must inform the friend of the carpool number to look for at dismissal as we will not be calling students' names.

Completing this form does not dictate how your student will go home daily. Please notify your student of how he/she will be going home or if there are any changes.

Please be sure to review best safety practices with your student. We will only load students from the passenger side of the vehicle. Please be sure to pull all the way forward for your student(s) to load quickly and safely. Parents should not exit the vehicle to assist a student. We will have staff members available to assist.

Familias de Nighthawk: si planea venir a buscar a su  hijo en carro en cualquier momento durante el año escolar, complete el formulario de solicitud del cartel  de Carpool a continuación. Una vez recibido, usted y su estudiante recibirán un cartel con un número. Los carteles de  Carpool se distribuirán a los estudiantes durante su primera semana de instrucción presencial. Durante el año escolar, los estudiantes serán llamados por el número asignado y la persona que recoge al estudiante debe tener el cartel  de carpool o conocer el número. Si tiene varios estudiantes en HARMS, indique uno como el principal y luego puede incluir a los hermanos en el formulario. Solo se asignará un número de carpool por familia. Si un amigo viaja a casa con un estudiante, el estudiante debe informar al amigo su número de Carpool  para buscar a la hora de la salida, ya que no llamaremos los nombres de los estudiantes.

Completar este formulario no dicta cómo su estudiante se irá a casa todos los días. Por favor notifique a su estudiante cómo se irá a casa o si hay algún cambio.

Asegúrese de revisar las mejores prácticas de seguridad con su estudiante. Solo subiremos a los estudiantes del lado del pasajero del vehículo. Asegúrese de avanzar completamente para que su(s) estudiante(s) ingresen al carro de forma rápida y segura. Los padres no deben salir del vehículo para ayudar a un estudiante. Tendremos miembros del personal disponibles para ayudar.
