The purpose of our study is to better understand the needs and experiences of future, new and long-time dog owners. A brief description of our design concept is: to create a platform that consolidates research and assists new dog owners in being more prepared to care for their dog and it’s needs.  

I hereby consent and agree to participate in a study conducted by Monty, Fiza, Usama, and Leigh-Ann for an assignment in University of Toronto INF352, Information Design Studio II: How to Design.

I understand that  the procedure will be a quick survey completed through Google Forms.

­I will receive no compensation for my participation.

I am free to withdraw before or any time during the study without the need to give any explanation.

­All materials and results will be kept confidential, and, in particular, that my name and any identifying or identified information will not be associated with the data.
