AFTER you upload your movie file to BOX, please provide the below information so I can upload your movie to YouTube.

QUESTION 1: Tell me your NAME

This is just so I know who is completing the form. This will not be displayed on YouTube.

QUESTION 2: "TITLE OF MOVIE" (by you)

Your movie must have a title, and that title must include some version of your name. If you don't want to use your full name, that's fine. Just use your first.

The format is simple: "Title" (by Name). For example, if my movie were named "The Chicano Movement," I would type the following:

"The Chicano Movement" (by Tomás)

Or, I could also use:

"The Chicano Movement (by Tomás Summers Sandoval)

In the space below, please provide your title and name in the "Title" (by Name) format.

Each YouTube video has the opportunity to provide a brief description of its content.

In your answer to Question 3 (below) please provide a short (one to two sentence) description of your video. This is a chance for you to tell the audience what your film is about, or what it will teach them. It's also a way to help your audience find your video in searches. Be thoughtful and truthful about what you write.

Whatever you write, the last sentence should say this:

"Created as part of the fall 2023 class of "Intro to Chicanx/Latinx Histories" (Hist 17CH at Pomona College)."
