Dear Bluffview families,

As we have just wrapped up the 2020-21 school year, it is already time for us in the office to get to business and plan for next school year.

We are seeking feedback from you as we prepare for a safe, full-time return for all of our students in the fall for School Year 2021-22. This is a federal requirement of any school that is to utilize American Rescue Plan dollars.

Last year we had put together a large plan called the "Bluffview COVID-19 Restart Blueprint." This was a large, detailed plan including cleaning/sanitation, communication, visitors, face coverings, etc. It has been on our website since it was finished, and updated as time has allowed during the last year.

Over the course of this summer, that plan will undergo numerous changes as we move forward. It will remain the document that guides our actions as we strive to offer the safest possible school environment both in general terms and specifically relative to Covid-19. This new plan is to be titled the "Safe Return to In-Person Learning Plan for SY 2021-22."

What would you like to see regarding our face covering policy? (This year it was face covering for all with no exceptions beyond eating). Consider indoor, outdoor, vaccinated vs non-vaccinated vs too young to be vaccinated yet.
