Private Tours are two hours long with a docent guided walk through the collection followed by unstructured time in the garden for a max of 25 visitors (check with Programs Manager for recommended number of chaperones).
All tours must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance. Notice of cancellation is due at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour. Please arrive on time but no more than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your tour. No shows and groups who arrive later than 15 minutes after their start time will be charged and administrative fee of $25.
School/Learning Groups - A Tour Fee of $150 is due at least one week prior to your tour, plus any additional fees for additional guests. AISD GROUPS (including chaperones/teachers) are exempt from Tour Fees and not responsible for any payment.
Private Groups - Advance museum admission for your group ($7/person) plus a Tour Fee of $50 is due at least one week prior to your tour.
