Support for Single Parents by Choice
I'm writing an article for my faith's professional organization about how faith leaders can better support single parents by choice. Your responses will help me identify issues and needs in general and especially within faith communities. There's no obligation to answer any questions and you can leave the survey at any time. No personal identifying information will be shared. Email addresses will be collected for the sole purpose of verifying authenticity of data.
