American Girl History Book Club-1812

The American Girl History Book Club will start on Thursday, April 6 and will meet on Thursdays after school through the end of May.  Students are expected to attend all the meetings. We will explore the world of Caroline Abbott, from Sackett's Harbor, NY as the country turns to war once more in the summer of 1812. Caroline learns courage and loyalty and lessons in friendship as her family struggles in the midst of the war. The kids will need to read about 70 pages a week and be able to do reading, writing and the crafts in the club, so it is recommended for about 4 - 6 grade. Space is limited, so you will be notified when your registration is complete. Hopefully everyone can fit in! The club is always a lot of fun.
