2024 Juneteenth Vendor Application
Welcome to Juneteenth Houston, a citywide initiative aimed at commemorating and highlighting the significance of Juneteenth's legacy and historical influence. Various communities, organizations, and institutions across Houston have united to highlight all of the city's Juneteenth activities in one centralized location!

To celebrate Juneteenth, we are collaborating with Emancipation Park to present "Celebrate Freedom," a day devoted to honoring Juneteenth and launching the Juneteenth festivities in Houston.

The event will be on June 1, 2024 from 1pm-7pm.

We have a limited vendor capacity, and may not be able to accept all vendor applications. Vendors selected to participate will be notified by May 15, and the $75 vendor fee must be paid by May 24.

*Food vendors are open to apply to vend. Selection will follow additional steps to be provided by April 27, 2024.

**Please note that due to the nature of the event and we are only accepting retail/service vendors with items to sell. In the future we hope to expand to include resource vendors.

The cost of vending is $75 and a payment form will be made available to selected vendors.
Payment must be made by May 24, 2024.

1) I am applying to be a vendor on June 1, 2024 for Juneteenth Houston's Celebration of Freedom at Emancipation Park, 3018 Emancipation Ave.

2) If selected, vending will be from 1pm - 7pm. 

3) Load in and setup will be between 11am-12:45pm

4) I will be ready and set up by 1pm when gates open

5) Booths will be issued at first come first serve.

6) I will be provided with one 10x10 tent, one 6ft table and two chairs

7) No electrical sources provided

8) Only quiet generators permitted

9) Tear-down immediately following the event at 7pm
