Please complete this form and a TLC Peer Leader will be in touch with you in September 2020. You must meet with your Peer Leader in order to enroll in the program so be sure to check your e-mail and respond ASAP.

1) Submit this online interest form (on or before attending your first TLC workshop)

2) Reflect and write down 2 goals that you have while you're in the TLC. Make sure these are specific and attainable during your time in the program.

3) Watch the Career Center Webshop on Resume Tips & make updates to your resume. Bring this refined resume with you to your enrollment meeting: https://www.screencast.com/t/FFotAsz2

4) Take the TypeFocus Assessment: https://www.csusm.edu/sll/leadership/documents/2016/typefocus-instructions-2017.pdf .

5) Wait to hear back from a Peer Leader who will enroll you into the program. Bring your TypeFocus Results, current resume and your SMART goals to your enrollment meeting.

6) Start attending TLC workshops anytime (even if it is before you officially enroll).

7) Complete the above criteria within one or two semesters
