CBSC 2023 Lower Pavilion Rental Request
Please complete this form to request to host a party at Covered Bridge Swim Club in our Lower Pavilion during the 2023 summer season.

Completion of this form does NOT guarantee your event. We will review your request, compare it with our social and swim schedules, look at staff availability, and get back to you via email within 1-3 days. Please keep an eye on your inbox!  Once your event has been confirmed via email, your rental fee is due within 5 days via cash to a manager on duty at the club or to our club Venmo account. This is non-refundable.

The lower pavilion is available for weekend rentals beginning Saturday, June 3rd. Weekday rentals will begin on Thursday, June 22nd.

If the party has over 150 guests, there is separate pricing based on the number of people in attendance. CBSC Board of Directors and management reserve the right to adjust pricing as necessary to accommodate for extra staff, etc.
