ICTM is always looking for new volunteers who will bring valuable experience, perspective, and humanity to the Iowa math teacher community. As math educators, it must be our long-term goal to make a positive impact on future generations. Here is your chance to make an impact that extends beyond the boundary of your classroom.

ICTM's Executive Board has the responsibility for setting direction, establishing policy, and overseeing the activities of the Council. Volunteering is also a great opportunity for building your professional network.

I would be interested in helping with a potential mentoring program to support a math educator. (This is currently in planning mode. Check yes if you would like to know more as we finalize plans. The basic idea is to provide support to a math educator (email, phone, or zoom conversations) around a topic you have built expertise in through your math teaching career.
