Sioux City Hawthorne Aviation general manager, David Zimmerman, is proud to support area youth in their pursuit of a future in aviation! Two qualified applicants will be awarded a full-ride into the Junior Pilot Summer Camp presented by the MidAmerica Museum of Aviation and Transportation. For your chance to qualify, please have your student fill out the application below to the best of their abilities. Special attention will be paid to detailed responses with careful grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

Application closes at 11:59pm on July 7, 2022. Recipients will be contacted soon after and receive public recognition pending parental approval.
