Each season, leaders like YOU enable us to achieve our MGHA mission*. Please submit your interest in volunteering your time and skills to a role in our community for the 2022-2023 season. Note, you may also nominate others for roles -- your support of one another helps us understand who is already serving our community naturally.

*The Madison Gay Hockey Association is an adult developmental ice hockey league for people of all sexualities and gender identifications. We are especially committed to providing opportunities for those who have historically felt uncomfortable in traditional sports settings to learn and teach ice hockey in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. We aspire to the highest standards of sportsmanship and promote integration of the wider Madison community into the gay community.

Hockey Operations is responsible for the hockey side of the MGHA.

As part of this, HOps manages, including but not limited to, the following:

Gameday Operations (including on-duty shifts throughout the season)

Clinics
Scrimmages
