Thank you for your interest in our mid week meals!

We will be offering a limited amount of smaller bowls each Wednesday to help get you through the end of the week until your next delivery.

We will be accepting orders through MONDAY AT 8P

These will be be comparable in size to our lite size bowls and are available for pickup WEDNESDAY between 9-12 or for local delivery on Wednesday afternoon between 12-3 (in town Wakefield proper or Narragansett only)

Sesame Ginger Noodle Bowl $13
Noodles tossed in a sesame ginger miso vinaigrette with tofu, carrots, red peppers, edamame, red onions & scallions
Contains: Wheat, Soy, Sesame

Greek Rice Bowl $12
Brown rice tossed with Greek herbs & spices with cucumbers, tomatoes, artichokes, kalamata olives, feta “cheeze” & Greek spiced chickpeas
Contains: Tree Nut (coconut)

Classic Mac n Cheeze with BBQ Chick’n $13
Pasta tossed in SoCo cheeze sauce & topped with BBQ Chick’n
Contains: Wheat, Soy

Chickpea "Tuna" Salad $6

Delivery Fee: $3
($20 minimum required for delivery)
*Deliveries will occur between 12p-3p
