TOG Sailex Booking Request Form for 2025
Please complete this on-line form to submit a request for a berth on the Sailex of your choice for 2025.   On completion the file will be date and time stamped and received by the Trent Offshore Group.

Trent Offshore Group will confirm the booking request and arrange for an invoice to be sent by email as confirmation when sufficient members have booked a place to enable TOG to make a firm commitment with the charter company.

To complete your booking for a 2025 Sailex please pay the booking deposit:-  On receipt of your booking invoice, please send a non refundable booking deposit for the Sailex requested to the Treasurer, Miss Diane Rowbotham, by completing a bank transfer as detailed below and clearly detail that the funds are a sailex deposit (Sailex Name and Number) together with your name and address  (this is refundable should TOG have to cancel the Sailex for any reason).  

Sailex final balance sums should be paid on or before the invoice due date by the same methods used for the initial deposit.

NOTE :- We only have one bank account the HSBC bank - our former bank (Barclays) is no longer open and any funds transferred there could be lost.  PLEASE check your records to ensure that you are transferring funds to the correct TOG Bank Account.   Thank you.
