A little bit about me before we get started...my team is part of an Elite Top 10 team in a company of over 400,000 coaches. I am so proud of what we stand for and the way we're able to change lives every single day. Over the past year, I have grown an organization composed of 100+ challengers and coaches from across six countries in a community called REALNation.

The coaches in this organization are committed to:

* Helping OTHERS live into their full potential -- We help others start and maintain fitness routines that will keep them strong, flexible, mobile, balanced, energized, and confident until they are 80+ years old.

As I often say, “I’m not in ‘body business.’ I’m in the ‘people business.’ When I work with a coach, I want to walk with them through becoming a better person. The technical aspects of business will be learned along the way, but the best coaches are those committed to becoming the most loving, hard-working, generous, kind, visionary versions of themselves.

With that being said, I try to only take on 3-4 new coaches a month. Things I look for:

(1) Willingness to share your journey -- This job requires you to share your health/fitness and personal development journey. We can start slow, but it is essential in order for you to build trust and integrity with the people you hope to serve.

(2) Heart for others -- I am more concerned about your heart for others than your background, education, or training. I can coach you on skills, but I need character.

(3) Coachability -- I need folks who are ready to learn and implement what they learn.

(4) Self-starter -- There will be questions I can’t answer for you because I am learning myself (we all are). I need you to have the initiative to find the answers when you need them. I also need you to want this business and to be willing to put in the work to nurture it. I can't want or build it for you, but I can show YOU how to make your dreams a reality if you are willing to do the work.
