Gateway's first annual Gateway Jingle Jog was an incredible success, thanks to the amazing support from our 2024 sponsors and the enthusiastic response from our community. Last year, we:
- Raised $7,000 (which is still being used to support local events, schools, and organizations)
- Had over 400 racers and expect to see 700+ this December!
With the race growing and even more excitement building, we expect to raise well over $10,000—allowing for even more incredible Gateway Community events for families!We plan to move the race onto the main roads within Gateway to accommodate the expected increase in attendance. To meet the needs of this expanded event, we’ve increased both sponsorship levels and racer registration fees. These adjustments will help cover the cost of special permitting while allowing us to continue growing this festive community tradition.
As a sponsor, you’re not just financially backing the event—you’re stepping up as a lead marketer, using your business relationships to help spread the word and make this year’s race the best yet. Just think... the more participants, the more business exposure!
***Sponsorship Eligibility: Sponsorship is open to businesses within the Gateway Community OR Gateway homeowners who own a business.
SPONSOR BENEFITS:
While each sponsorship level has unique perks, every sponsor will be included in promotional materials throughout the year as the race is marketed. As the Gateway Jingle Jog event lead, I can promise you that being a sponsor will be a blessing and a great benefit for your business. The specifics of each level & their perks are detailed in Section 2 of the application.
Important Notes:
1. Industry Exclusivity for Platinum Sponsors only
To ensure our Platinum sponsors receive the best visibility without competitive risk, only one business per industry.
If a business in your field has already committed to the Platinum level, you may still support the race as an "In-Kind" or "Gift Basket" Sponsor.
Important Note: First-come-first-serve is how this is all determined. If industry exclusivity is important to you, (which is not the case for every business) submit your Platinum Sponsor application asap. These spots will go VERY quickly.
2. Other Sponsorship Opportunities
In-Kind Sponsors provide a product or service to enhance the race experience—like The Bald Baker, who generously supplied homemade sourdough bread for last year’s post-race food table.
Gift Basket Sponsors donate raffle prizes for the post-race award ceremony—such as smiLee Pediatric Dentistry, who contributed an annual dental insurance plan last year! We aim to collect 25 baskets to raffle off this year.
3. First-Come, First-Served Approval
Sponsorships will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis, provided the business—or business owner—is located within the Gateway Community. Platinum businesses will be accepted first to ensure Industry Exclusivity rights remain with our Platinum sponsors.

4. Free Registrations for Sponsors do not include race T-shirts
- Race T-shirts are a separate purchase from the race registration. If your free racers would like a t-shirt, that purchase will need to happen following registrations! It is not included in your free spots.
