Welcome to Dalton Learning Center & Academy's 2024 Summer day-camp enrollment form! We are excited to offer an enriching and fun-filled summer experience for children ages 6 to 11, running from Monday, June 10 to Friday, August 2, 2024. Please complete the following application to register your child for an unforgettable summer adventure at our camp.

Fees, Regulations, &  Expectations (PLEASE READ THOUROUGHLY)
Registration: $100.00
Tuition: $165 ($150 for siblings) Weekly
Camp T-shirt: $12.00.

Academy Operating Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Drop-Off Procedure Drop-off takes place at the front entrance of the Academy building and begins no earlier than 7:30 AM.

Pick-Up Procedure Please pick up your child at the same place you dropped them off, unless there is a sign stating that they are outside playing. If your child has to be picked up before 4:00 pm please notify staff at morning drop off Children must be signed out by parent/guardian or designated person each day. Camp staff will be always available. Please do not drop off or pick up your child without locating appropriate staff!

Late Pick-Up Policy A late fee will be applied if children are picked up after 5:00 PM.

$10.00 late fee for pick-ups occurring between 5:30-5:45 PM
$20.00 late fee for pick-ups occurring between 5:45-6:00 PM
$30.00 late fee if your child is not picked up by 6:00 PM

Sign-In and Sign-Out Campers must be signed in and out daily using the Procare app.

Registration and Payment Completion of the application is essential. Securing your child's place in our summer program requires payment of the registration fee and the first week's tuition in advance. Weekly tuition payments are due a week ahead, for example, next week's tuition should be paid by this Friday.

Meals Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Parents are encouraged to send their campers with a couple of snacks and a labeled water bottle/jug. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Daily Items To Bring Sunscreen (Child must be able to apply on their own), 2 Snacks one for morning and another for afternoon, A reusable water bottle with child’s name on it. Please send a reusable water bottle with your child every day!

Field Trips and Activities Each week will conclude with a special field trip or activity. To participate, children must have attended at least three days (Monday to Thursday) that week. Field trip participants are required to wear a school T-shirt. Parents interested in chaperoning must sign a Volunteer Expectation Contract and cover their own expenses.

Behavior Policy Bullying, dangerous play, and violence are strictly prohibited. Our discipline policy includes verbal warnings, one-on-one discussions, time-outs, parent conferences, and potential program removal.

Dress Code Shorts or tights must be worn under dresses. Sandals and tank tops are not permitted. For swim/water activities, stringy bikinis are not allowed.

Items Not Allowed Money, Electronic Devices, Toys

Lost or Damaged Items Dalton is not liable for lost or damaged items. We encourage children to leave toys, electronic devices, money, or other valuables at home.
