NK Artistry Rental Form

We are excited to invite you to hold your upcoming events at our salon.

Understanding the importance of finding the ideal venue to host your events, and we are thrilled to offer our salon as the ideal setting for your upcoming intimate gatherings

Thank you for choosing NK Artistry Rentals for your special day! Please fill out the form in its entirety and remit payment upon completion. Rentals are only available on weekends.

This form acts as a legal binding agreement between NK Artistry owners and renter. Failure to adhere to this contract will result in additional legal consequences.

Rental Fees: $50 per hour, 3 hour minimum
Includes: Setup, breakdown, 1 6ft table, bluetooth speaker, television and use of a Kuerig (must provide own supplies) 
*No additional tables or chairs provided

Rental Rules:
  1. No loud music
  2. Absolutely no alcohol in or around the premises
  3. Absolutely no narcotics of any kind in or around the premises
  4. All events must end at 10:00pm
  5. Rental must be cleaned, swept and all trash collected and emptied in the main dumpsters
  6. Renter must use space during the time allotted and paid for (additional fee for extended time $30 every half hour)
  7. Must provide proof of liability insurance
