注意事項／Please note the following rules.

・対面での交流の際は飲食厳禁とする。
・本協働で知り合ったメンバーで観光などに行く際は、必ず双方の所属機関の学生が2名ずつ以上参加すること。

・In the case of face-to-face exchanges, eating and drinking are strictly prohibited.
・When members who have met through this collaboration go sightseeing together, at least two students from each organization must participate.

新型コロナウィルス感染症対策など(対面交流の場合)のルール／Please note the following rules when we have meetups in person. (*We will have online meetups for a while due to the state of emergency in Tokyo )

・厚生労働省新型コロナウィルス接触確認アプリCOCOAを入講前日までにインストールし、内容登録をしてください。
・入構時の検温により37.0度以上の体温のある方の入館を禁止します。
・平熱が高く、日常的に37.0度以上の熱がある方は、来場予定日の1週間前から日々の体温を記録して、入構当日にお知らせください。
・入構時に手洗い、うがい、アルコール消毒を徹底して実施してください。
・入構時は必ずマスクを着用してください。
・キャンパス内での三密回避にご協力ください。
・物品のシェアや、接触が伴うようなことは極力しないでください。
・定期的に利用する教室の換気を行ってください。
・課外活動前後に参加メンバーで飲食を伴う会食はしないでください。
・やむを得ず飲食をする場合は、飛沫が飛ばないよう対策を講じてください（飲食可能なスペースは創新館本館1階のみです）。
・参加するメンバーの保護者にも同意を得た上で、課外活動に参加してください。
・その他、大学指定のガイドラインを遵守して活動をしてください。

・Please install the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's new coronavirus contact confirmation application, COCOA, at least one day before entering the lecture and register the contents.
・Those who have a temperature of 37.0 degrees Celsius or higher will not be allowed to enter the building.
・If you have a high normal fever and routinely have a temperature of 37.0°C or higher, please record your daily temperature for one week prior to your scheduled visit and inform us on the day of your visit.
・Please wash your hands, gargle, and disinfect with alcohol before entering the building.
・Please wear a mask when you enter the campus.
・Please cooperate in avoiding three densities on campus.
・Please do not share items or do anything that involves contact.
・Please regularly ventilate the classrooms you use.
・Please do not eat or drink before or after extracurricular activities.
・If you have no choice but to eat or drink, please take measures to prevent splashing (eating and drinking is only allowed on the first floor of the main building of the Soshinkan).
(The only space available for eating and drinking is on the first floor of the main building of the Soshin-kan.)
・Please obtain the consent of the parents or guardians of participating members before participating in extracurricular activities.
・Please observe the guidelines specified by the university before participating in extracurricular activities.
