Parent Remote Learning Survey
This survey is to assess the overall performance to date regarding our remote programming.

If you have more than one child enrolled in this school, please answer these questions for each child (use the “Additional comments” section under each question to describe differences and/or further explain each child’s experience).

It is also important to reiterate that we will remain in remote programming until the PA Department of Health thresholds move into a moderate or low level for three consecutive weeks, accompanied by three weeks of the CHOP PolicyLab projections on a steady decline. These metrics are included in our weekly Bulldog Blast newsletter, so you can monitor the data along with us in real-time. In February, we will be assessing via another survey who will be interested in pursuing a Hybrid Model once the data meets these stated levels of safety.
