Registration payment can be made by cash, cheque, or online via PayPal. Please note that online payments will be charged an additional 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Details about how to make payment will be provided after you submit this form.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: To get a full refund, you must cancel your registration by September 6, 2019. Cancellations must be emailed to peacelib@peacelibrarysystem.ab.ca
