Este formulario permite a un alumno de segunda y sucesivas matrículas SOLICITAR vincularse a la convocatoria especial de evaluación.

Conforme a la Normativa de Evaluación UCAM ( https://www.ucam.edu/sites/default/files/servicios/ordenacion-academica/documentos/normativa_de_evaluacion_para_web.pdf), la Convocatoria Especial de evaluación, a celebrar con carácter general en el mes de noviembre:

a. Será aplicable si se cumple el requisito de tener pendiente para la finalización de sus estudios como máximo:

• En enseñanzas de Grado: tres asignaturas y el TFG o bien asignaturas que sumen un total de 30 ECTS como máximo.
• En enseñanzas de Máster: dos asignaturas y el TFM o bien asignaturas que sumen un total de 15 ECTS como máximo.

b. Los estudiantes que deseen acogerse a esta convocatoria especial tendrán que:

• Formalizar matrícula vinculada a esta convocatoria de evaluación especial, en el plazo ordinariamente fijado para ello. Finalizado dicho plazo, el estudiante no podrá modificar en ningún sentido esta matricula.

• Examinarse, obligatoriamente, de todas las asignaturas que le resten para finalizar estudios. Para ello, dispondrán de dos convocatorias por curso y matrícula, es decir, la primera en las fechas ordinariamente fijadas en cada curso para la convocatoria especial de noviembre y la segunda en la inmediata convocatoria de evaluación siguiente (Convocatoria Ordinaria de febrero/mayo, dependiendo de la temporalidad de la materia en el plan de estudios).

c. En caso de que el estudiante no supere la/s asignatura/s evaluada/s en Convocatoria Especial, los instrumentos de evaluación superados en la misma no tendrán carácter eliminatorio en la Convocatoria Ordinaria siguiente.

En la modalidad de segunda matrícula o sucesivas, el profesor evaluará al estudiante sobre las actividades formativas y resultados de aprendizaje relativos al curso anterior, únicamente en la Convocatoria Especial. En la Ordinaria y de Recuperación, el programa formativo objeto de examen será el desarrollado en la asignatura por el profesor durante el curso vigente.

PLAZO LÍMITE DE SOLICITUD:   Del 1 de julio hasta la semana anterior al comienzo de la convocatoria especial.

This form allows a second and subsequent student to APPLY to be linked to the special evaluation call.

In accordance with the UCAM Evaluation Regulations ( https://www.ucam.edu/sites/default/files/servicios/ordenacion-academica/documentos/normativa_de_evaluacion_para_web.pdf ), the Special Call for Evaluation, to be held generally in the month of November:

a. It will be applicable if the requirement of having pending for the completion of their studies at the most is fulfilled:

- In degree courses: three subjects and the TFG or subjects that add up to a maximum of 30 ECTS.
- In Master's courses: two subjects and the TFM or subjects that add up to a maximum of 15 ECTS.

b. Students who wish to take advantage of this special call will have to

- Formalize the registration linked to this special call for assessment, within the ordinary time limit established for this purpose. Once this period has ended, the student may not modify this registration in any way.

- Take the compulsory examination of all the subjects they have left to complete their studies. To do this, students will have two calls for examinations per academic year and registration, that is, the first on the dates ordinarily set for the special call for examinations in November and the second on the immediate call for examinations in the following year (Ordinary call for examinations in February/May, depending on the timing of the subject in the study plan).

c. In the event that the student does not pass the subject(s) evaluated in the Special Call, the evaluation instruments passed in that call will not be considered eliminatory in the following Ordinary Call.

In the modality of second or successive registration, the teacher will evaluate the student on the training activities and learning results related to the previous course, only in the Special Call. In the ordinary and remedial courses, the training programme to be examined will be the one developed in the subject by the teacher during the current course.

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: From 1 July until the week before the start of the Special Call.
