HBS End of Year Feedback
This was my only third year teaching here at Madison. I know that I have a long way to go before I become a great teacher, but I hope this year was pretty good for you. I want to get better every year, so please let me know how you think the year went. Specific feedback is the most helpful (negative feedback is OK! I need to know what is not working for students) so I can make changes to help students be successful. Remember, this form is anonymous, so you can tell me the truth.
