Haverhill School Committee Public Comment Request Form (for remote participation only)
Please fill out the following form if you would like to add public comments for the Haverhill School Committee meetings. After review, a link to the public comment session of the meeting will be emailed to you at the address you supply at least two hours before the meeting. The reason for registration prior to the meeting is to ensure all registrants receive the correct link to participate during Public Comment.  

*NOTE* This form closes at 3 pm the afternoon of each meeting day.
