The Minerva Fellowship Program offers Union graduates a unique opportunity to partner with international organizations, participate in community engagement, and address global challenges in innovative and meaningful ways. Minerva Fellows partake in a 9-month placement abroad in a developing country, typically working with a non-profit organization or a social enterprise, and then return to Union during the spring term where they share their experiences with Union’s campus and wider community.

Serving as a Minerva Fellow in a developing country involves many exciting opportunities, yet also encompasses numerous challenges. It is not for everyone. Therefore, we would appreciate your honest assessment of the applicant's qualifications and suitability for the Fellowship.
