Pine Area Lions 5K Color Run Registration

The Pine Area Lions are excited to host our 10th Annual 5K Fun Run this year on Sunday, June 2nd and are excited for the COLOR RUN.  The check-in location for the event will be Robinson Park and there are three start times for the events:

  • 11:00 AM - Start time for walkers/strollers. 
  • 11:30 AM - Start time for runners.
  • 12:00 PM - Start time for the Cub Run

Registration fees are as follows:

  • $32 - 5K Participants ages 13+  (includes a t-shirt)
  • $27 - 5K/Cub Run Participants under 13 (includes a t-shirt)
  • $12 - Cub Run Only (no t-shirt, but will receive a goodie bag)
Please complete a separate registration form for each participant. Once you have completed all registrations for your group, a single payment can be made in one of the following ways:
  • Cash/Check payments can be dropped off in person to the Chamber Office at 315 Main St S. 
  • Check payments can be mailed to Pine Area Lions, PO Box 292, Pine City MN 55063

For all youth under the age of 18, please provide a parent name authorizing the youth to participate in this activity without parent supervision. 
Liability Waiver *
Waiver and Release I hereby declare, assert and affirm that participation in Pine Area Lions 5K Run/Walk is done voluntarily and knowing I will assume ALL RISKS involved in this event. The immediate physical risks and hazards associated with normal, vigorous physical activity include (but are not limited to) physical discomfort, fatigue, muscular soreness, falls, pulled or strained muscles, overuse injuries, heat stress, and the rare instance of abnormal responses of the cardio respiratory system including heart arrhythmia, heart attack, stroke, and sudden death. In consideration of acceptance of this contract allowing my participation in the above stated event and intending to be legally bound thereby, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, WAIVE AND RELEASE any and all rights and claims for negligence, injuries, damages or losses that I may incur against all participating agencies involved in the about stated event, specifically Pine Area Lions, their respective volunteers and representatives for any and all activities connected with the above event. I also understand that I do hereby declare that my children that are participating in the Cub Run and/or walking/running with me during this event have chosen to do so under my supervision and I am knowingly assuming all risks involved in this event on their behalf. I agree to WAIVE AND RELEASE any and all rights and claims for negligence, injuries, damages and losses that may incur against any and all participating agencies involved in the above stated event for them.
I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of the club for any legitimate purposes. I understand that the club does not provide for refunds in the event of cancellations of services, and by signing this waiver, I consent that I am not entitled to a refund if any club activities including events are cancelled.
