Code in the Schools' Girls in CS Summit aims to expose middle and high school aged young women who have not traditionally had access to computer science education to a dynamic day of workshops, panels, and networking with leading industry professionals. We hope that this event will catalyze their interest in computer science and serve as the first step in accessing further CS programming with CITS and other local organizations.

We are looking for a group of leading industry professionals to host a one-hour workshop for Baltimore's middle and high school youth. These workshops will aim to show "What computer science looks like" and how we can bridge the gender gap in the computer science and STEM fields.

**This event is FREE and open to girls/women in the Computer Science industry
