Thanks so much for your interest in a Salad Gnome Share! The Salad Gnome Share is a delicious way to eat salads (and much more!) with fresh, locally grown, seasonal, and nutrient-dense produce in a convenient manner. The Salad Gnome Share is our version of a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) model.
Purchasing a subscription provides you with weekly shares of farm fresh goodies often focusing on items you would use in salads. This means 8 - 12 oz of salad greens plus 3 - 6 other seasonal veggies.
There are two seasons, each 14 weeks long. One in the Spring (May 9 - Aug 8)and one in the Fall (Aug 15 - Nov 14). Shares cost $300 and include a Tiny Giant Farm Tote Bag! You are welcome to buy a spring and fall share at the same time, which will guarantee you fresh seasonal produce every week all season long!
Pick-Ups will be either at the Farm (2920 Maple Ave, Kalamazoo) on Friday afternoons (4 - 6:30pm) or at the Kalamazoo Farmers' Market (1204 Bank St., Kalamazoo) on Saturdays (7:30 - 12:30). You must choose one location and stick with it for the entire 14 weeks.
