Terms and Conditions:
-Outreach Payment of £70 is made via cheque (payable to Colchester Zoological Society) at the time of the talk
-After you complete this form you will be sent a confirmation email confirming the time and date of your Community Outreach Talk. Your talk is not confirmed until you have received this confirmation
-Please be aware that due to animal health and welfare we do not take any animals to off site visits.
